Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

By booking or using services with Mindwell Academy, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All services are delivered online by appointment and are provided as professional therapeutic and rehabilitation support. Clients are responsible for ensuring the information provided at the time of booking is accurate and for attending sessions at the scheduled time. If you are unable to attend, notice must be given in advance. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be charged, as practitioner time has been reserved. Due to the nature of therapeutic services, Mindwell Academy does not offer refunds for change of mind, missed appointments, or cancellations without appropriate notice. Refunds will only be considered in circumstances where Mindwell Academy has failed to deliver the agreed service or where the service provided is materially deficient. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be assessed in accordance with consumer protection laws and applicable payment provider requirements. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Transaction Currency

All payments and transactions processed through Mindwell Academy are conducted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
